Define one objective
The developer confirms Families, wars and taking over territory in a persistent map. Before acting, agree on one objective and the conditions for stopping. “Support this target at the agreed time” is easier to coordinate than “get stronger.”

Assign responsibilities
- Coordinator: confirms the target and start time.
- Participants: confirm readiness, costs and available play time.
- Follow-up: checks what happens after the initial action.
One person can fill several roles in a small family. Avoid relying on someone who cannot stay for the part that matters. Check current requirements in the game before treating a plan as executable.
Make time zones explicit

Share only the plan information your recipients need. A copied link is visible to anyone receiving it; do not put private rosters or account details in shareable notes.
Close the loop after the session
Record the intended objective, what happened, the resources spent and one change for next time. Keep this separate from any claim about the game’s scoring formula.
