A 5-minute or 20-minute Idle Mafia session routine

Choose a short session that fits your time, review income and resource state, and finish with one clear next objective.

Use your current game values. Numeric cases below are illustrative; exact game rates and prices have not been independently tested.

Choose a session length and one result

A useful routine helps you finish an intended action without committing to something you cannot follow through on. This guide provides two editorial schedules: a quick check and a longer decision session. The minute labels are suggested time budgets, not verified game timers or a promised speedrun.

No daily reset time, mandatory login streak or guaranteed daily reward is assumed. Claim a reward only if the current interface actually offers it and you understand its conditions. The routine remains useful when no reward is available.

Five minutes: check, decide, leave a note

  1. First minute: inspect cash, available resources, current income and any result from the previous session.
  2. Next two minutes: perform one planned action you can complete now, or update the comparison if a price changed.
  3. Fourth minute: check what remains exposed or committed and whether equipment is assigned as intended.
  4. Final minute: save one next-session objective and the number you need to recheck.

If you have only time to inspect state, do that. Avoid starting a group activity solely because a button is available. A small completed decision is easier to evaluate than several half-understood commitments.

Twenty minutes: solve one recurring problem

Use the first few minutes to identify the blocker. Spend the middle of the session comparing candidates or observing one change. Reserve the final part for recording the outcome and preparing your next visit. The exact division can change with what the client requires.

Twenty minutes is not automatically long enough for a Heist or other timed activity. Check the actual requirement separately before committing.

Prepare for the period you will be away

Record the income and resource values you expect to compare next time. If you are measuring offline behavior, avoid changing several inputs immediately before departure. Note the departure time, active effect and relevant cap or collection message. That makes your next observation useful rather than just surprising.

The offline-income guide explains earnings measurement. The capacity and recovery guide explains resource storage. They are different systems: a higher resource cap does not by itself establish higher property income.

Turn a return visit into a decision

Compare what you expected with what actually happened. Did the cash gap shrink at the measured rate? Was the required resource available? Did an item become equipped? If the result is different, change the assumption or inspect the requirement before repeating the same action.

Use the device-local checklist to record a concrete next step. Saved data stays in this browser and is not a connection to your game account. Clearing checkmarks starts a fresh checklist; it does not reset a game timer. Save a routine you can sustain instead of one built around being online continuously.
